PURCHASES:
There is no minimum order amount when purchasing items directly through our web site shopping cart. The minimum merchandise amount for orders by phone or fax is $20.00.

All funds must be in U.S. dollars. Outside of the U.S. money orders need to be for International use in USD. Paypal accounts should be verified. Due to fraud, we reserve the right to refuse any international electronic payment if it does not meet our security requirements. Payment address and shipping address should match.

BACKORDERS:
We constantly update our inventory and web site to ensure the items you purchase are in stock and ready to ship. In the rare occasion that we have a backorder issue we will handle it as quickly as possible. How we handle a backorder depends on the time it takes to have the item back in stock. If the lead time is less than a week we will hold the order and ship when the item arrives. If the lead time is more than a week, we will ship a partial order and send the backorder item seperately. On discontinued items or items on long-term backorder at a supplier, we will issue a refund.

RETURNS:
All returned merchandise must have prior approval within two weeks of delivery. Items returned due to our error will not incur a restocking fee. Items received without a Return Authorization(RA) number will be refused. RA numbers are issued by using this RMA form. Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee minus shipping charges. Items must be received in the same condition as shipped - installed, used, or altered merchandise is non-returnable. Returns will not be accepted on items less than $20.00. Electrical components and pickups are non-returnable (pickups and preamps often carry manufacturer's warranty). This return policy applies only to web site, phone, and fax orders; all Ebay auction sales are final.
